New York, NY – April 17, 2026 — Tut Jikany, Founder and Chairman of the South Sudan Democracy Network Initiative (SSDNI), attended the Heroes of Democracy Gala 2026, held at Gotham Hall in New York City. Jikany participated in the event as a member of the Frontline Freedom Fellowship with the Renew Democracy Initiative (RDI), joining a global network of dissidents, policymakers, and advocates committed to advancing democratic values and resisting authoritarianism. The gala ho
